*Free HPV Vaccination for Adolescent Girls Now Available at GIMS Advanced Vaccination Centre – 7 Days a Week*
The Government Institute of Medical Sciences is providing free HPV vaccination to adolescent girls 14-15 year as a part of massive nationwide HPV vaccination campaign to combat cervical cancer. The vaccination is provided at Advanced Vaccination Centre on all 7 days of the week, including Sundays and public holidays, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
A single dose of Gardasil-4 vaccine is administered free of cost to all eligible girls.
HPV vaccination is a safe and effective method to protect against high-risk HPV strains responsible for 70% of cervical cancers. Parents are requested to bring the girl’s Aadhaar card and a parent’s mobile number for registration for HPV vaccination.
