Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony

**Under the guidance of Chairman Shri B. L. Gupta Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIT), Knowledge Park-II, Greater Noida, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with **Quaere E-Technologies Pvt. Ltd.**, a leading technology solutions company with over **19 years of industry excellence** in software development, digital transformation, e-learning solutions, and enterprise technology services.
Since its establishment in 2007, Quaere E-Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has successfully delivered innovative technology solutions and services to **corporate, government, and *educational sectors* across diverse domains.
The MoU was formally signed on **3 August 2026** to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and create opportunities for students in areas such as **training, skill development, industry exposure, internships, placements, and corporate engagement**.
On behalf of **Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIT)**, the MoU was signed by **Dr. Parvinder Bangad, Director, GNIT**. Representing Quaere E-Technologies Pvt. Ltd., **Ms. Yashi Asthana, Director – Capacity Building & Strategic Growth**, signed the MoU.
The signing ceremony was also attended by **Mr. Akshat Pathak, Manager – Training & Corporate Relations, Quaere E-Technologies Pvt. Ltd.**, and **Mrs. Krishna Priya, Head – Training & Placement, GNIT**.
